SEZ notified at Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga-Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , dated the 25 th April, 2007 . NOTIFICATION S. O. 651(E).- Whereas M/s. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited of Andhra Pradesh, a fully owned State Industrial Promotion Organisation of the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), herein after referred to as the Act, to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga-Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh; And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at the said Nanakramguda Village area on 16th June, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga-Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely: Table Serial Survey Area Number Number (in hectares) (1) (2 (3) 1 115/5 Part 1.62 2 115/6 0.20 3 115/7 Part 1.62 4 115/8 2.03 5 115/9 0.33 6 115/10 0.54 7 115/11 0.76 8 115/12 2.03 9 115/13 0.74 10 115/14 Part 0.81 11 115/15 0.37 12 115/34 Part 9.48 Total 20.53 hectares (F.2/108/2006-EPZ) Anil Mukim, Joint Secretary to the Government of India.
