SEZ notified at Village Srinagar and Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh [PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART-II, SECTION-3, SUBSECTION (ii), dated 15th January, 2007 ] Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) New Delhi , the 15th January, 2007 NOTIFICATION S.O. 41(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 24th July, 2006 under sub section (10) of section 3 of the said Act to M/s. FAB City SPV (India) Limited for setting up of a Special Economic Zone for manufacturing and developing of semiconductor facility with Free Trade and Warehousing Zone, the Central Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area of 120.06 hectares at Village Srinagar and Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the State of Andhra Pradesh comprising of the survey number and area given below in the table, with the physical boundaries as hereunder, as Special Economic Zone, namely: Table Village Survey Number Total Area (in hectares) Srinagar and Raviryal 114/P 120.06 Physical boundaries North : Private Lands South : APIIC Lands East : Private APIIC Lands West : APIIC Lands (F.2/218/2006-SEZ) (Anil Mukim) Joint Secretary to the Government of India
