Seeks to rescind notification no 32/2001 dated 28/6/2001 prescribing the rates of duty in respect of independent textile processors. NOTIFICATION NO. 16/2002-CE DATED 01/03/2002 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 15 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 32/2001-Central Excise, dated the 28th June, 2001 .
