Appointment of Development Commissioner, SEZ for STPI New Delhi NOTIFICATION NO. For discharge of the functions as Development Commissioner, Director, Software Technology Parks of India, New Delhi, shall abide by the instructions of the Central Government, Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones, issued from time to time. He shall also be sending periodic reports, as prescribed by the Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones. He shall be responsible to the Department of Commerce for all the actions taken as Development Commissioner. However, the personal matters like leave, transfer posting etc.of the incumbent shall be governed by the Department of Information Technology/Software Technology Park of India, as the case may be. F.
