Amends Notification No.68/2007-Customs(N.T.), dated the 16th July, 2007 (Determines the rates of drawback as specified in the Schedule) [TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification NO. 119/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.) New Delhi, the 13 th December, 2007 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , sub-sections (2) and (2A) of section 37 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , and section 93A and sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 94 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), and in pursuance of rules 3 , 4 and 5 of the Customs, Central Excise Duties and Service Tax Drawback Rules, 1995 , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.68/2007-Customs(N.T.), dated the 16 th July, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), with effect from 1 st day of April, 2007, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 4, in the table after tariff item 29214516, the following tariff items shall be inserted, namely:- "3918909003 630503" [ F.NO.609/10/2007-DBK] (S.R. MEENA) UNDER SECRETARY TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Note.- The principal notification No.68/2007-Customs (N.T.) was published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 485 (E), published in the Gazette of India, part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 16 th July, 2007 and was last amended by notification No.118/2007-Customs (N.T.), vide number G.S.R.754 (E), dated the 5 th December, 2007.
