Rescinds the NOTIFICATION NO. 34/2003-CE, Dt. 30/4/03 66/2003-CE, Dt. 7/8/03 NOTIFICATION NO. 35/2004-CE DATED 09/07/2004 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely: - 1. No. 34/2003-Central Excise, dated the 30th April 2003 , published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 363 (E), dated the 30th April 2003; and 2. No. 66/2003-Central Excise, dated the 7th August 2003 , published in the Gazette of India vide number G.S.R. 640 (E), dated the 7th August 2003. [F.No. 334/3/2004-TRU]
