Jurisdictional Changes NOTIFICATION NO. 14/2002-CE(N.T.), DT. 08/03/2002 - Effective from 25/10/2002 (This Notification has been superseded vide Notification No. 35/2002-CE(NT), Dt. 24/10/2002 ) NOTIFICATION NO. 34/2002-CE(N.T.) DATED 01/10/2002 G.S.R. (E). In pursuance of paragraph 2 of the notification of the Government of India, erstwhile Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), No.14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 8th March, 2002[( G.S.R. 182 -(E) dated the 8th March, 2002)]the Central Board of Customs and Excise notifies that the said notification shall come into effect on and from the 25th day of October, 2002. [F.No.208/38/2001-CX.6] Note: The Principal Notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification No.14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 8th March, 2002 (G.S.R. 182 (E) dated the 8th March, 2002) and was last amended vide notification No.22/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 5th June, 2002 (G.S.R.403 (E) dated the 5th June, 2002).
