Merger of a Firm, Corporate Laws / SEBI / LLP

Dear Sir,

 

We are a partnership firm and having 4 partners. Now, we intend to merge the said firm in to our existing pvt. ltd. company. Please also note that all 4 partners are director in company.

Please advise, procedure for merger and what about stamp duty ?

It is better to approach the Practising Company Secretary in this area for proper adivce since the procedure involved is various and depending on the facts of the case.
