TAX AND DUTY FREE ON SUPPLIES TO GOVERNMENT BODIES, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

I would like to know , is there any provision to buy goods without any duty and taxes for the Products which is to be used for a machine assembly , to be sold out to India Government bodies.

If possible,

• How to buy the goods from local and abroad ?
• What are the documents to be received from the suppliers ?
• What are the documents to be submitted to excise and customs department ?
