I am raju,I have and commercial tax department also one doubt i.e. POLYURETHANCE FOAM INJECT PRODUCTS i.e., using of ice refrigeration. please reply to how much vat tax 5% or 14.50% with hsn code early as possible.

Dear Raju,

HS Code 39269091 of polyurethane foam It is not mentioned in APVAT Tax Schedule. Hence, peak rate of tax @ 14.50% would be applicable. Further, you may also get clarification of DDQ from the Commissioner of APVAT Act on payment of prescribed fee. Generally, such clarifications are provided by the Department within 30 days from the date of application.
