TDS Applicability on Event Management and Media Relation, Income Tax

Dear Professional,

We are making the foreign payment towards expenditure of Event management and Media Relation by way of organizing event for us.

Here I would like to know is there any TDS liability persist.

Please also let us know any circular/notification for our clarification

Yes Tds is applicable on payment made to non resident for professional or technical service. Please see DTAA also.
