I want to know what is Permit License and how to obtain permit license for Import of Food products in India. Whether it is similar to PQ Registration or something else.

You need to obtain FSSAI Licence [Central] from FSSAI for import of Food products into India

This licence is issued specifically for import of food item for storage and sale
