Respected GST Experts,

What would be Registration cost for new GST in Gujarat for a new business man ? & What are the documents required for new Registration

&

Can we create an invoice with logo or it would be auto generated GST in domestic sale

For exports we do still informal invoice , any update on it as it is zero rated on GST.

Please elaborate.

There is no registration cost for GST enrolment.

Docs required for new registration are as under :-

.1. PAN of firm.

2. Proof of ownership of business premises or rent deed.

3. Proof of residence.

4. Constitution of the firm. Whether Prop., partnership, or Company (Ltd. or Pvt. Ltd.)

5.. Residential proof of all the directors or partners.

6. PAN of all the partners/directors.

7. Bank Accounts Details of the firm.

8. First page of Bank Pass Book. etc.

What if a person is Registered under GST & has a turnover of Bellow 20,00,000 ??

Shall he has to charge CGST & SGST from Customer ??
