is it necessary to register as GST Practitioner to appear before GST authorities , if one already enrolled as an Advocate under any Bar Council in India? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 3 of 3 Records Page: 1
It is necessary. I have applied for. While filling up form in common portal, I came across a column for advocates as qualification for GST Practitioner. I qualify as retired Supdt.-Group-B. Officer.
