Availability of MEIS on export of second hanf Machinery etc., Customs - Exim - SEZ

If a person purchase second hand Machinery /Spares/ Equipment etc. from ALANG Bhavnagar (Gujarat) ( the Machinery /Spares/ Equipment etc are prchased from Shipbracking ) and export as it is or after refrebricating /re-machining can MEIS be allowed to claim in respect of such export?

No. MEIS is allowed for export of manufactured goods only.

But FTP amd HP does not say like this. It says that the MEIS is allowed to boost Manufacture and Export of goods.
