Dear sir.

Good evening sir My enquiry is related to bill oF export. Sir I was working under senior clearing agent for last three years and by unknowingly I have lost some coustem paper called bill of export.

So tell me sir is there any Process to get the lost bill after 2 years..

Dear Aditya Kumar,

You have contacted to sez preventing officer and inform and also show him your original documents releted to Bill of Export like ARE-1, Tax Invoice also shows you have received the payment proof for the same. They issue to you Certificate against the same.

You can approach to Development Commissioner/Commissioner as the case may be for reconstruction of documents on payment of prescribed fees.
