In Table 5A (Input or Capital Goods Recd from Jobworker) of ITC-4 What we have to write in following example.

Principal is sending Fabrics (Unit of Measurement is Meter) to Job worker to manufacture "Shirt "(unit of measurement is Numbers) (from said fabric)

In Table 5A,

Goods received from Jobworker i.e Number of Shirt Recd from Job worker in Number

or

Raw Material consumed against said challan issued i.e Fabric in Meter
