Related to ITC can we filled return for which I paid GST for the product which I bought from auction. The product were not consumed by me however it was reseller. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
Resale is covered under Section 7 1(a) of CGST Act. Refer to the phrases 'all forms of supply', ''disposal made or agreed to be made" "ïn the course of business or furtherance of business ''.
Why does this doubt arise? Irrespective of how you got the goods, on sale reporting has to be done and GST paid. What is the doubt regarding ITC in this? Could not understand Page: 1 |
