Vat or sales tax applicability on selling imported textiles, Central Excise

dear sir, i would like to know whether there is any sales tax or central sales tax or vat on selling imported textiles to our customers in delhi,gurgaon (haryana) and noida(uttar pradesh).the goods in question are allways imported by paying the prescribed customs duty.

Once goods are received in India, they loose the status of imported goods and all the statutory provisions as applicable to domestic goods are also applied to those goods. Therefore, you may check the applicablity of sales tax and rates of sales according to the provisions of the respective states.
