Dear sir;

We have apply for above mentioned subject.but query is we have not authinticated certificate for GRoup of companies so can you suggest me that what is the solution above mention subject.

There are provisions in the Chapter 5 of the FTP read with relevant para of the HOP Vol.1 in this regards. Kindly refer the same and refer the case the concerned authority or jurisdictional DGFT's office.
