Import of Bus for Resort, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

We wants to Import Bus/Van (10-12 Seated)  with full duty payment for Commercial use in Resort.

1. Can we Import with Duty payment ?

2. If our total Foreign Earning is less than 1.50 Carore for last three year, we are eligible for Importing Bus/Van ?

As discussed earlier, you should go for a Scrip, issued under Served from India Scheme (SFIs).  Since, your earnings are more than of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs, therefore, you are eligible for a scrip issued under the SFIs it option would be workable for you and you may import bus without payment of customs duty.
