Anti dumping duty is applicable for EU, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Dear Sir,

 

I hereby request you to kindly clearify that I need ,  we are importing PVC resin from EU countries whether Anti dumping duty is applicable for said Products under central excise Chapter sub heading 3904 21 10

kindly check the chapter notes of the Tariff Heading No. 39 and also refer the Anti Dumping Duty Notifcation in this regard.  For futher information, Please consider the appended link.

PVC paste resin falling under 39042110 imported from EU are subject to Anti dumping duty of 267.38 $ per MT. please refer notification 70/2010 - customs
