Job worker premises, VAT + CST

Dear sir

Our factory is gujrat, we have send material to Maharathra for Job work. We have to export material from job worker premises,therefor we have taken permission from exicse dept.

I want to k,now from sales tax point,

can we this material under tax code No Tax Export or we need take a registration from Maharashtra state then we want clear the material.
