..... on (8) of section 3 of the Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the Act on 25th October, 2006, for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for Stainless Steel and ancillary/downstream industry at Kalinganagar in the State of Orissa on 25th October, 2006; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Kalinganagar in the State of Orissa, comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table .....
