In the said notification, for the words, letters, figures and brackets "falling under sub-item (3) of Item No. 16A of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944)", the words, letters, figures and brackets "falling under Sub-heading No. 4009.93 of the Schedule to the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986)" shall be substituted. 121. 232/85-C.E., dated the 14th November, 1985.
