(viii) Request from M/s Reliance Industries Limited for permission to install a pipe rack through SEZ connecting DTA Refinery and up-coming C2 Complex of M/s Reliance Industries Limited The Board after deliberations observed that the proposal relates to transport of gas from a DTA unit to another DTA unit for which purpose a request by grant of right of way (ROW) is being sought through the notified RIL SEZ. The ROW has been sought on the grounds of it being the shortest route and an alternate route, besides being longer would cause project delay, technical problems and higher cost.
