Cenvat Part II Register

Central Excise - Started By: - Rudrayani Shedjale - Dated:- 12-8-2015 Last Replied Date:- 29-9-2015 - HiWe have to maintain .when we claim for the refund of CENVAT credit, we have been told to debit the amount in the register.so we debited the amount of refund we claimed in register (on the date of filing claim)it was feb2015but we received a less amount in the month of june 2015 as per our claim.so how to adjust that difference amount??also please provide excl copy of .please reply. - Reply By .....

23A Part II has been abolished long time back and there is no statutory requirement to maintain this account. Simple debit/credit account in your Accounting software will suffice this need.Hope, you have received the reply to your query.
