Winding up order to be communicated to the liquidator and the Registrar

Rule 31 - Rule - LLP - Rule 31 - 31. (1) Where the Tribunal makes an order for the winding up of a LLP, it shall, within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of passing of the order, cause intimation thereof to be sent to the Liquidator and the Registrar in Form No 12. (2) On the making of a winding up order, it shall be the duty of the petitioner in the winding up proceedings and of the LLP to file with the Registrar a certified copy of the order with in fifteen days of the making .....
