In the Railway Claims Tribunal Act 1987,- (a) in section 3, after the words under this Act , the words, letters and figures and under Chapter VII of the Railways Act,1989 (24 of 1989) shall be inserted; (b) after section 9, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- Qualifications, terms and conditions of service of Chairman, Vice-Chairman .....
