However, there is unsecured creditor of ₹ 7,42,832/- in the Company in liquidation as per the statement of affairs filed by the ex-director of the Company. It is submitted that No funds are available with Company with reference to the bank balances, this office had written letter to Axis Bank dated 26-10-2017. Therefore question about inviting claims from various classes of creditors does not arise. Looking at the totality of the circumstances, the Official Liquidator is of the opinion that it is, therefore just and proper case to dissolve the aforesaid Company in the interest of justice as well as in the interest of shareholders of Company in Liquid .....
