In the depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 2, in sub-rule (1), after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (da) 'Member' means the Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal appointed under section 15 L of the Securities Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992). 3. Order to be signed and dated:- (l) Every order of the Appellate Tribunal shall be signed and dated by the Presiding Officer and the two other Members.
