Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, we are satisfied that there are no merits in the present Appeals filed by the Assessee and the same deserves to be dismissed. 9 . Section 159 of the Act quoted below saves the Assessment in such cases and the proceedings against the dead person can continue in the name of the legal representative.
