GOVINDARAJAN - Goods and Services Tax - GST - Dated:- 11-7-2019 - - Introduction Chapter VII of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 provides the provisions for getting Advance Ruling. The GST Council proposed the creation of a centralized appellate authority in its meeting dated 22 December 2018.
