..... as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the import policy for the following items under Chapters 74 and 76 of ITC HS classification from Free to Free with compulsory registration' under Non Ferrous Metal Import Monitoring System (NFMIMS) and inserts a new policy condition in Chapter-74 and 76 of ITC(HS), 2017 : a. A new Policy Condition is inserted in Chapter-74 (as Policy Condition 3) of ITC(HS) 2017 , Schedule-I (Import Policy) as under: Import Policy for the items as listed in Annexure-I have been revised from Free to Free subject to compulsory registration' under Non-Ferrous Metal Import Monitoring System (NFMIMS). b.
