(hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act ), originating in, or exported from the Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the subject countries) and imported into India, the designated authority in its final findings vide notification No. 6/20/2019-DGTR, dated the 1st September, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 1st September, 2020, has come to the conclusion that- (i) the product under consideration has been exported to India from the subject countries below its associated normal value, thus resulting in dumping; (ii) the Domestic Industry has suffered material injury due to dumping of the product under consideration from the subject countries; .....
