The Board, after deliberations, had approved the proposal. DGEP, vide their aforesaid OM dated 23.05.2022, has advised that the outcome of the case against the director of the company may be watched and kept in consideration. Accordingly, the Department of Commerce has, vide letter no. K-43022/13/2022-SEZ dated 25.05.2022, requested DC, MEPZ to do the needful and apprise this department of the final outcome of the case.
