The respondents shall allow export of sugar covered by the irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 215706010033 dated 2nd July, 2006 provided the shipment is effected within the period of the validity of the said Letter of Credit. 17.In the instant case it appears that the goods have been awaiting for export for almost a month. It is submitted that the period of validity of the Letter of Credit is due to expire on 20th August, 2006 i.e. day after tomorrow.
