Seeking amendment in the bills of entry - The Assessing Authority has failed to consider the fact that Section 149 of the Act does not prescribe any time limit for amending the Bill of Entry filed and assessed. The power to amend under Section 149 of the Act is a discretionary power vested with the authority.
