Initiation of CIRP - Corporate Debtor although once appeared before the Adjudicating Authority but neither filed any reply nor appeared thereafter and Adjudicating Authority proceeded ex-parte against the Corporate Debtor. - In this appeal also despite service of notice, Corporate Debtor did not appear.
