Jurisdiction of the Tribunal - Indian currency/Goods - Baggage Rules - The Tribunal analyzed the definitions of baggage and goods under the Customs Act and observed that while currency and baggage were distinct, currency carried in baggage constituted goods imported or exported as baggage.
