2001 (6) TMI 599 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Bangalore allowed three appeals filed by M/s. Hindustan Lever Ltd. regarding disallowance of packing loss. The Tribunal accepted the contention that packing loss is permissible, citing previous decisions and granted relief to the appellant. The appeals were allowed with consequential relief.
