2001 (9) TMI 700 - AT - Central Excise

The appeal was against the order-in-appeal dated 20-9-2000. The Commissioner (Appeals) did not consider the appellants' submissions regarding packing. The Tribunal set aside the orders and remanded the matter for fresh consideration based on the new data provided by the appellants. The appeal was allowed by remand.
