2001 (10) TMI 552 - AT - Customs

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai directed a pre-deposit of Rs. 50 lakhs in a case. An application for modification of the stay order was filed citing the need to use funds for the National Games. The Tribunal granted an additional 8 weeks for compliance with the stay order. Compliance was to be reported by 19-12-2001.
