2001 (11) TMI 463 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Mumbai ruled that clearances by different manufacturers from the same factory should not exceed Rs. 75 lakhs for exemption purposes. The Collector's decision to drop duty demand was overturned, and the case was remanded to consider the limitation aspect.
