1997 (6) TMI 298 - AT - Central Excise

The Revenue filed an appeal against the Order-in-Appeal demanding duty on Rotors and Stators used in Monoblock Pumps. The Collector (Appeals) dismissed the appeal, citing precedents and Ministry clarifications. The Tribunal upheld the dismissal based on previous rulings. The appeal by the Revenue was rejected.
