1995 (1) TMI 269 - HC - Companies Law

The High Court of Punjab and Haryana dismissed a creditor's petition for the winding up of Deol Agro Oil Ltd. The company returned the share application money to petitioners, and the court held that the company is not liable to pay interest on the returned amount. The claim of petitioner No. 17 was also settled, leading to the dismissal of the petition with each party bearing their own costs.
