1995 (3) TMI 346 - Commission - Companies Law

The appeal was dismissed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as the complaint was found not maintainable due to the opposite party being registered under the MRTP Act. The District Forum's decision was upheld, and the appeal was dismissed with no costs.
