1992 (3) TMI 299 - HC - Companies Law

The company petition under section 633(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 requested relief from liability for non-compliance with sections 210 and 220. The company was declared sick and a wind-up order was stayed pending appeal. The court ordered the company to file necessary records within six months to avoid prosecution under sections 210/220.
