2001 (9) TMI 865 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, Kolkata allowed the appeal, remanding the matter to the Commissioner (Appeals) for decision on merits. The delay in filing the appeal was condoned due to the appellants' explanation of misplacing papers during office shifting. The appeal was rejected initially on the point of limitation.
