1998 (11) TMI 489 - HC - Companies Law
The High Court of Bombay dismissed a company application appealing the rejection of a claim for Rs. 35,964 by the Official Liquidator due to lack of original receipts as evidence. Despite the applicant's claim of loss and diligent search for the receipts, the rejection was upheld as the alleged theft incident was not adequately supported with documentation.
